See AAPC Webinar titled "UPDATE FROM MEDICARE ON CODING AND BILLING FOR COVID 19" she discussed this briefly..
I believe that this would be billable as part of the Temporary relocation of Place of service during PHE (public health emergency) and would be billed under POS that would normally be billed (11).
BUT.. for place to research

scroll down to COVID 19-billing and coding guidelines--
There is a TON of information on POS (place of service) differences during PHE and also updates on which practitioner types are allowed to provide care and/or provide supervision of care during this time.. for all DX codes..
There is also information as to the dates for billing these NEW rules.. March 1 2020 to APPROX Sept 30. 2020
CPT codes for EM services would be the same.
