We have a MD who reads echoes in our office that are sent (disk) to us from a hospital. The patient may have had the echo as an inpatient or outpatient. The MD does not do the interpretation on the day the test is done.

Would this be our office place of service and the interpretation date our date of service?
 
The place of service is 11 as there is no way to know if the pt was inpatient or outpatient. The date of service is the date the procedure was done.
