If a patient is seen and discharged from the ER but during their time there they are sent to the cath lab to have a heart cath would you bill the cath as POS outpatient? They don't do heart caths in the ER, so we don't want to put ER as the POS.

I would bill it as OP, as that is where the procedure was performed.
