Wiki Place of Service Codes

So I am doing billing for a company that isn't technically a lab. They do the draw and stick it into the centrifuge and then send it to the lab company run the lab. What place of service code should I use for the labs we bill out all the labs for the patients and then we get a bill from the lab company for the labs they ran.

Its basically a draw station but not own by a doctors office or a lab.
