Wiki pinning!?!

Hello!
surgical procedure :
Exploration left ring finger with extensor tendon repair and pinning of the distal interphalangeal joint.

Not a fx or dislocation, was a crush injury... what would you use for the pinning ??

Look under tuft fractures. They are generally associated with crush injuries.

Im looking at 26750, 26755, 26756, 26765. This is what I found. I hope this helps some.
