Wiki Physician rejoining a practice

We have a physician that is rejoining our practice after a seven year absence. She will be having patients follow her to our facility. How do we bill her patient's first time visits in our office??

I would think this would be established visits for her patients seeing her but what about those patients that maybe can't get in with her and are set up with one of our other providers??

Her patients from the old practice are established to her, but new to the other providers (as long as they haven't seen them within three years).

The patients from the existing practice are also established to her.
