Wiki Physician orders for OCT

Hi,
I need some assistance on physician orders for diagnostic imagining please.
If our physician documents in his report that the patient is to return for an OCT is that sufficient for an "order"?
Ex- Follow Up: Dr. ABC 6 weeks - OCT Macula OU
