I work at an ICF (POS 54). We have a physician who would like to follow one of his clients who transferred here from a SNF. He is wondering what codes he can bill for the visit. The insurance is AZ Medicaid (AHCCCS). Does anyone know which 99XXX codes he can use to bill for a visit to a patient residing in an ICF?
