Does anyone know where I might find the acceptable ICD-10 codes for billing Physical Therapy to Medicare. I can't locate them on the Medicare website.

You should also be able to find LCD info on your MAC's website. Not all have a list of specific diagnoses though; mine (Novitas JH) has changed to just having an article with general coverage/medical necessity guidelines.
