Im at a psych facility in FL. I dont see that our medicare contractor has issued a new LCD for PHP. the NCD has no covered dx codes that work for us. Our contractor is denying the few good ones that are actually on it. Is anyone else in FL having issues with this? The company we are partnered with to do this program say they have multiple FL partners & no issues but us but wont give us contact info to confirm. Im not believing it. Any of you out there?
