Wiki phone visit for minor with no parent present

The patient's parents were not home at time of visit.
If a patient is 17 years of age and has BCBS, and speaks to an MD on telephone and meets all other criteria for a telephone visit, is this billable as a 99441-994493 range?

Whether or not the parents were at home does not change how you code services. If your concern is about whether or not the provider had proper permission to treat the patient, then you should refer this to your practice manager or compliance officer to investigate further.
