Wiki PHE ending date and POS

I am finding conflicting and gray area info on PHE ending dates and which settings are covered through May and which through Dec.
1. 99441-3 does it end for all office/HOME/SNF settings in May or the December extended date?
2. FOR AL/IL/SNF setting can we bill teleheath through Dec?

Hi there,

Medicare Part B will maintain several of the telehealth waivers through Dec 31, 2024, including coverage of telephone services and telehealth services for patients in any geographic location or place of service. Those extensions were included in a bill that passed in 2022.

Private payers may have different plans.

Keep in mind that the HIPAA enforcement waiver will expire May 11.
