Wiki Phaco w/PPV & Sulcus Fixation of IOL

Doctor did a phacoemulsification with pars plana vitrectomy and a sulcus fixation of an IOL in a patient whose natural crystal lens had subluxed (no cataract involved). Has anyone had any experience with coding something like this? Thanks.
