Wiki PFSH help

I have no idea. I have never seen that listed before under social history. I am working on a test for a coding position from home and almost every one of the notes has that listed under social history. I just wondered if anyone else had seen that before.

It sounds like your test is using notes from a specific provider because there is no way that providers would routinely document being right-handed as a SH element....very weird.

I would definitely not count it as an element of PFSH. Good luck with your test.
