Wiki Pervasive Refusal Syndrome

This is the first time I hear about this syndrome. I cannot find it in the ICD-9, and not even the DSM has an entry for “Pervasive Refusal Syndrome”. Can someone help?

Yeah, I saw that. I was trying to find a more specific Dx rather than the unspecified, or some other information about this syndrome. Thanks!
