Hi there. This is my first time posting on this site, I hope I am posting in the correct location. I am relatively new to Mental Health/Addiction coding. I have been looking for a code for personal history of DTs and have not been able to locate one. Is there anyone that can help me? The DC Summary says: 'TIA and seizures to DTs' under PAST MEDICAL HISTORY.
