V87.41 (Personal history of antineoplastic chemotherapy) Can this code also include personal history of antineoplastic immunotherapy? Or, should I use V87.46 (personal history of immunosuppression therapy)? The difference concerning me is the "antineoplastic", as in V58.11 (encounter for antineoplastic chemotherapy) and V58.12 (encounter for antineoplastic immunotherapy).

Any assistance would be appreciated.
