Wiki peroneal tendon entrapment

Good Morning..

Any suggestions on "tight band over the peroneal tendons was released. Some clear fluid and thickened synovium was identified in the tendon sheath, but the tendons themselves were intact." I am thinking 27630...any other ideas??
