Wiki Peritonitis abscess with drainage and washing

Hi, I have an exploratory laparotomy with drainage and washing...patient is a female. The laparotomy incision was uterine, but the second incision was through the rectus muscle. Utterly confused. Do I code 49000, 49020, and 49084? Or 58960?

Sorry, should have mentioned this is for peritonitis with absess
