Trying to code a femeral stem fracture. Patient hs a prosthetic, ( hemirthroplasty) and fractured the femeral stem of the prosthetic. Is fixed by cerclage wiring with cancellous crushed graft- ( not harvested) . Looking for a CPT? What do you think?
