Wiki periprosethic femur shaft fracture repair

My physician is repairing a periprosethic femur shaft fracture and doing a revision of femur arthroplasty to a longer stem to cover the fracture site. Can we will the fracture repair and the partial arthroplasty revision? If so would I will 27506 with a 52 modifier?
