"Right common carotid to distal brachial artery bypass with PTFE graft"
I'm wondering which CPT to code to use...
35510 is a carotid-brachial bypass graft with VEIN and there is no CPT code for carotid-brachial bypass graft with OTHER THAN VEIN... lots of other vessel combinations with "other than vein," but no carotid-brachial combination.
I suppose I could go with an unlisted code, but that's my last resort.
