Wiki Percutaneous treeatment: Salter-Harris IV fracture

A patient came in with a Salter-Harris Type IV fracture of the distal tibial epiphysis. The doctor decided to take him to the OR, and performed a percutaneous fixation of the fracture.

Any suggestions on what to code this as?
