What is the proper CPT code for billing a percutaneous tenotomy of the abductor of the hip? I am seeing a code for the adductor but, nothing for the abductor. Also, having the same issue with percutaneous tenotomy of rotator cuff of the shoulder.
Again, what is the correct CPT code?
Please help as I have a physician doing quite a few of these!
