Wiki Percutaneous Screw Fixation of Syndesmosis

I have a DX of a FX medial and posterior malleoli with Syndesmosis Widening. The procedure was ORIF medial malleolus with percutaneous screw fixation of the syndesmosis....I'm not sure what to put for the percut. fixation of the syndesmosis. Does anyone know what the CPT would be for that? Thanks!

double check the note make double sure that there was not an incision. If not and it was truly percutaneous, then you may end up with an unlisted code unless someone else has a better idea
