Closed treatment of a tibial plateau fracture is indicated when the fractured segments are stable, in good alignment, and the tibial joint surface is congruent. The physician may need to perform a manual reduction in 27532 to realign the fractured segments. The physician may also use skeletal traction such as Kirschner wire. A wire is placed through the tibia and a traction bow is applied, reducing or realigning the fractured segments.

I would go with 27532, it indicates the use of the Kwire which is your percutaneous pinning.

Under fluoroscopic guidance, a starting point was identified for percutaneous fixation of lateral tibial plateau fracture. An incision was made sharply with #10 blade knife and blunt dissection was carried down to the level of the proximal tibia with hemostats. The 1.6 mm threaded guide pin was then introduced across the fracture from lateral to medial. Its position was confirmed on orthogonal views. A 4.5 mm cannulated fully threaded screw was then placed in the lag fashion across the fracture site with adequate purchase.

This is more ORIF than percutaneous. It actually reads like an open procedure was well. Dissection was taken down to the proximal tibia and a screw was placed. I would go with 27535.
