Wiki Pennsylvania Trustmark HOP (PSERS) secondary claims

Good morning. This question is specific to Pennsylvania providers and Medicare crossover claims.

Is anyone finding Medicare primary with crossover to Trustmark (HOP) claims not actually being crossed over to Trustmark? We have quite a backlog of unpaid Trustmark HOP secondary claims that are not on file with Trustmark.

The Medicare EOBs clearly indicate crossover to Trustmark. So I am stumped as to why the claims paid by Medicare, starting in February 2024, are not actually crossing over. Could it be related to the Change Healthcare issue?

Until now, there have been no issues with crossover claims to Trustmark for HOP secondary insurance.

Is anyone finding this happening with their providers' Trustmark HOP secondary claims?

It may have been affected by the Change Healthcare issue. I had the same issue and the representative said we need to send in the Medicare EOB's and paper claims since they do not have electronic abilities.
