Wiki Pennsylvania Medicaid Observation Code Help Needed!

Hi All, I hope someone out their can help with this question. What codes do you use to report observation physician services to Pennsylvania Medicaid? They do not have the normal codes (i.e. 99234 - 99236) in their fee schedule and we have been unable to pin anyone down to a straight answer of what codes to use.

We are now running in to the same problem. PA promise is denying 99234 as not on fee schedule. How do we get this fixed.
