Wiki Pelvic exam w/pap smear not part of wellnes exam

My physician performed a pelvic exam with a pap smear but not a full welness exam. I have Medicare CPT code G0101 however, this patient is 39 years old with Aetna ins. I can't find any other CPT code that is not a wellness exam code. Is there a CPT code just for a pelvic exam?

G0101 is for well woman. A PAP and pelvic not part of wellness is part of the components of the E&M and not a separate procedure code.
