Our N.P. saw a patient in the office to check her peg tube due to tube hurting and bleeding around the site after examination she sent the patient to see one of our physicians as an outpt so he could possible change the tube after the physician looked at the patient he determined that the sutures around the site were to tight and removed them and patient was sent home. Office billing for N.P. was already done I can not bill for the physician also since he didn't change the tube correct? Thanks for any help anyone can provide
