Wiki Peg tube check/fix help

Hey all,

During an established e/m one of my doctors also defllated the patient's peg button and removed the peg for site inspection. He found mild leakage and put the peg button back in to the site and added more fluid to keep it tighter.

What I'm asking is should I add a procedure along with the E/M for this and if so what? I was thinking maybe 43760-52 or an unlisted procedure if anything.

If anyone has any info that would be appreciated.

We usually just bill an E/M visit with a V55.1 attention to gastrostomy.
