Is there a code to replace a Peg/J tube. The physician states the Peg/J was removed. A new Peg/J was inserted throught the gastrostomy. A Resolution clip was used to catch the suture at the tip of the tube. The enoscope was then pushed into the jejunum and the J tube was attached to the wall with the suture and the clip.
