Wiki Peer to Peer Review, can we bill?

One of our practitioners have been contacted by an insurance company (not sure if personal injury or workman's comp claim) about a peer-to-peer review, can we bill for that? If yes, who can we bill for the charge? The patient does have an attorney involved.
