I work for a Pediatric Practice who is looking into hiring a LCSW to do some work for them. Our questions are is this possible? Can we bill under the LCSW or does it have to be under one of our providers? What CPT codes would we have to use? Is there a possibility that we would have to deal with Medicare even if we are just seeing children under the age of 18?
