My doc did a Total Shoulder (23472) and a Pectoralis Major Tendon Transfer. According to CodeX, reattachment of the subscapularis or deltoid muscle/tendon is included. I have tried to search the web to see if the PM is a subscapularis or deltoid muscle/tendon but unable to find a definitive answer??? I was thinking 23395 for the additional procedure?? Can anyone give me some of their expert knowledge to use? Thanks!!!
