Wiki Payment of 96450

I'm a radiology coder in South Carolina and our radiologists bill for 96450. Our Medicare team informed us that we can't bill for this charge any longer because its paid only under Medicare Part A. I was wondering if anyone could provide me with any information on this mattter.
