Wiki Payment for Cast/Splint Supplies

Is anyone else having an increasingly difficult time getting reimbursed for plaster/fiberglass cast supplies? More and more carriers are asking for a copy of our invoice from our supplier so they may see how much we paid for it. This is a real pain. Is everyone billing separately for your cast/splint supplies?
