Wiki Patient in Nursing Home

I just found out that a patient seen earlier today in the physician's specialty office is currently in a nursing home. How do I bill for this visit? Modifier? Bill the nursing home? Please help. Thank you!

If the patient is using Part-A Skilled days in the Nursing Home, the bill will go to the Nursing Home if they didn't do a skip day.
If they did a skip day, you can bill it.
