Wiki Patient has Humana Medicare Advantage, can the opt to be self-pay

My provider wants to know if they are out of network with a particular Medicare Advantage plan can the patient opt to be self-pay? They are participating with Medicare. The patient has Humana HMO and the provider is not in network.
