Wiki Patient came into office for injection

Patient came into office for routine injection for OP. Afterwards the doctor wanted to speak to patient via Telehealth. How should I bill this in respects to Telehealth modifiers and POS while patient in office same day ? Thank you all for your input.

My question would be, why did the doctor want to talk to the patient? If it was a brief follow-up related to the injection, I would consider it a non-billable service.
