What modifier should be used with pathology CPT 88305 as purchased test? Used 90 but insurance company denied. We want to charge the entire charge not just TC or 26?

Wiki Pathology what modifier?

Just curious, but why would you need a modifier at all for this path code? Unless there is more than one done on the same DOS.
