Has anyone had this issue, the pathology reports for flow cytometry that I am given really do not have DX information. Under the DX field it says "No evidence for monotypic B cell proliferation. See interp below." The interp only has if the CD cells are positive or negative. I feel the pathologist should provide a DX. I have another person disagreeing.
