How would you code the following verbiage? I'm looking for ICD 10 codes.

Gastric Biopsy:
Gastric mucosa with mild changes suggestive of reactive/chemical gastropathy and mild chronic inflammation.

Inpatient setting
 
Hi, I am not an expert. We don't code uncertain Dx documented as 'suggestive'. So we don't have actual diagnosis from this statement. I would code the reason for the biopsy.
