Can someone please advise me as to the correct coding for a pathologic fracture? The patient has been seen the last three years for the same fracture. Do we use a fracture care code or do we use an E/M code?

for fracture care you can report either a fx care code with a 90 day global or report the care with e/m codes for each individual visit.
