I thank you all who have helped me learning path coding. I certainly am thankful I work in a narrow field.
I do have another report I need help with

Esophageal BX:

inflamed squamous mucosa with areas of acute ulceration with granulation tissue. Also included is cardia type mucosa with focal acute inflammation.

Random colon Bx:

Colonic mucosa with focal increase in chronic inflammatory cells in the lamina propria with mild cryptitis.

probably go with 530.20 for ulcer of esophagus, also 530.10 for inflammation of esophagus....could probably get by with 5589 for colon.
