Wiki Patellofemoral - I could really use some guidance

I could really use some guidance, please. Patient had a patellofemoral arthroplasty
years ago. It has failed and now surgeon did a "revision" total knee arthroplasty. I am not sure on the coding. Basically the patellofemoral components are a true revision as he is removing that component and replacing with new, but there is no tibial component to
remove. . . . . so that would not be a true revision. So my thoughts are :

27447 Lt or 27487-52 ?
27488 51

You are really converting a previous surgery into a Total Knee (27447). But I know some code as 27447 for Total Knee and 27488 for removal becuase there is no Conversion code for Total Knee as there is for Hip and you should get reimbursed for removal of components.

Thank you. That was my thinking, too, but it just didn't seem right for some reason.
