I am trying to decide whether or not to be bill this procedure as unlisted or 27438...it appears that there is an edit with 27442. Is anyone familiar with billing for this procedure? Thank you!

we add 22 modifier to capture the femoral component. Be careful some carriers will not pay as they consider it experimental/investigational.
