Surgeon did a partial knee replacement, medial compartment. He also removed an osteophyte from the back of the patella and did a open chondroplasty of the central trochlear groove. I believe the removal of the osteophyte is included, would the open chondroplasty be included also and if not what code would I use for that particular procedure. Thank you!
