Wiki Partial Cataract Extraction CPT code?

Patient has partial cataract extraction due to severe zonular laxity. Referred to retina. Would I use 66940? The original planned surgery was to place a PCL IOL.

If this procedure was stopped before completed due to the finding of zonular laxity, wouldn't you use a modifier to indicate discontinued surgery?
