Need advice on the proper coding for this type of procedure. Pt has parotid stones. Sialoendoscope was inserted. First stone was removed by basket (42699, endoscopic assisted sialolithotomy) Second stone is very large and cannot be removed with basket. A sialolithomy (transbuccal incision) was made and the stone was removed.

This is a combined procedure, both with a scope and open, for two different stones.
